Health Matters Primary Care strives to fill the gap by offering affordable cash-pay plans allowing the community to receive prompt, convenient access to care. We understand that life happens and insurance coverage may not be an option for everyone. This type of direct pay is also great for those with health insurance who cannot meet their financial responsibilities for coverage for basic care.
- Non-member adult sick visit - $150
- Non-member child sick visit - $125
- Non-member adult physical exam - $250
- Non-member child sports physical - $50
- Non-member child physical exam $175
Includes visits as needed:
Age 0-20: $50
Age 21-39: $75
Age 40-59: $85
60+: $100
